        All the characters involved in these old T.V shows are both well known and fun.  There are countless web pages dedicated to them, here are a few addresses for you to investigate:    
       This is Ermintrude, she is a regular on The Magic Roundabout and also one of my favourite characters.  Ermintrude along with all others characters can be found on a number of pages.  By visiting the Ask Jeeves site and typing in The Magic Roundabout a variety of site options are available to you.
 
 
 
 
    The Clangers web site can be found at www.clangers.co.uk.  It contains graphics and information on all aspects of the 1960's show, with links from its home page to character biopsies, information on the programme and much more.  There are sections for the guests of the show also i.e. the Soup Dragon who's quote was "Mmmm soup, lovely hot soup."
 

    The character at the top of the page is Professor Yaffle, a main charater in the television classic Bagpuss.  Bagpuss is the pink and yellow striped fat furry cat puss which the show revolves around.  He wakes everyone up and sends them all to sleep with his yawns.  A more in depth look can also be by visiting the Ask Jeeves site an searching for Bagpuss.  There are a number of pages dedicated to the show, all of which give various descriptions of the show.
